Fresh air and adventure awaken the appetite. Nothing compares with dining on river’s edge, serenaded by lapping water and singing bullfrogs.
Finger licking good!
“Our family just took a two-day trip with you on the Lower Klamath and wow…we had a fantastic time. We loved the kayaks, rafts, wildlife, food, stories and camping on the river…” – Dan, Lori, Selena & Shannon Hennessey

Fresh and delicious!
Floating down the Klamath River on a warm summer day is all play and little work…. There is nothing like the great outdoors, however, to aliven the senses and awaken the appetite.
An casual buffet lunch in the shade is welcome and gets us ready for the lazy afternoon ahead.
On water’s edge, oblivious of our presence nearby, a deer is enjoying his own organic lunch al fresco…
Sharing the river with the locals!
