Riffles, playful
rapids, nice deep pools ideal for swimming... this section
of the Klamath river is ideal for first timers and those seeking
solitude and a relaxing day in the sun. Ideal too for inflatable
kayaking. You'll probably see turtles basking on rocks, herons
in a quiet stance on river's edge, otters checking us out, ospreys
diving for fish.
Trinity

Cool, clear waters on a hot summer day,
surfing waves, big drops, challenging class 2 and 3 rapids
best describe the scenic canyon of the Trinity. Excellent run
for rafts and inflatable kayaks!
The river is bordered by the Trinity Alps
Wilderness, lakes, streams, camping and the historical town
of Weaverville.
