Tree of Heaven Klamath River Rafting
Class 2/3 – June-September – 1/2, 1 or 2 days
Tree of Heaven Klamath River Rafting Trip Information
The Klamath is California’s second largest river. It is part of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers system. Klamath means “swiftness” in the Chinook language.
Riffles, playful rapids, nice deep pools ideal for swimming… this section of the Klamath river is ideal for first time river rafters and those seeking solitude and a relaxing day in the sun. Ideal too for inflatable kayaking. You’ll probably see turtles basking on rocks, herons in a quiet stance on river’s edge, otters checking us out, ospreys diving for fish.
“Thanks for a wonderful adventure. You provide a very special gift for all to enjoy and remember.” Stacy Schneider, 4H Club
