Please call or email us as early as possible with your desired trip dates. We will gladly help you choose the adventure that best matches your needs and desires. A $30 per person deposit is due 10 days after a reservation has been made. The final balance is due 21 days before trip departure. A complete information package will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit. We accept personal checks, Visa and Mastercard. We know you have a choice when choosing an outfitter. We appreciate your business. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSCancellations received at least 21 days before trip departure will receive a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued 1 to 21 days before trip departure, unless you find a replacement for yourself or we are able to fill your space.We reserve the right to cancel a trip because of extreme weather, water levels, conditions beyond our control or insufficient reservations. In this event, all deposits and fees paid to us will be fully refunded or you may choose to reschedule. We are only responsible for monies collected for the rafting trip. LIABILITY AND SAFETYWe make every effort to ensure your safety. However, river trips do involve risks, accidents can occur and baggage can be lost. We assume no responsibility for personal injuries or damages to personal property. We encourage you to leave all valuables at home and to purchase inexpensive, short-term travel insurance which provides accident, cancellation and baggage protection. We offer river trips with different degrees of challenge and difficulty. You must evaluate your fitness level as appropriate for any given trip.We will ask you to sign an acknowledgment of risks and release of liability statement. 2008 Rates
