Cool, clear waters on a hot summer day

The crystal clear waters of the Trinity River offer one of the best rafting runs in Northern California and runs all year long. Surfing waves, big drops, challenging class 3 rapids. Nothing beats jumping in one of the Trinity River’s deep blue pools on a hot summer day. This is a trip for families and adventurers.

The Trinity River is the Klamath River’s largest tributary. It is part of the National Wild and Scenic Rivers system. Local native Americans call it “the Hoopa”. The Trinity River is bordered by the Trinity Alps Wilderness, lakes, streams, camping and the historical town of Weaverville. It is a great vacation destination.

"We were impressed with the attitude of the guides and the example they set of not just skill in their craft, but a reverence for the river and the natural world." - Anna Rainville, Waldorf School Teacher
